Gran Fausto was born from the love and dedication of Geoffredo and Emanuela — a couple who built their restaurant on the shores of Lake Garda with their own hands and a deep passion for Italian hospitality. Their son Alessandro grew up beside the wood-fired oven, learning the craft of pizza-making from his father, and today carries that family tradition forward with pride in every dish he creates.
